Transmission?

ok so i finally got my 67 chevy truck finished!!!(=....now my drage car...it's a 69 chevelle...i devided to go with the 454 but still i dont know what tranny...i am thinkin a th400 wich i already have but if someone has a better idea for a drag car it could really help thanks|||if your going to be drag racing you get a power glide 2 speed! thats fixed up
