How much should a transmission fluid and power steering fluid flush on a 2004 Mazda 6?

My dealer said that the power steering fluid and the transmission fluid were black and need to be flushed and changed. I just don't want to get ripped off.|||If you don't want to get ripped off, don't go to the dealer. Go to a lube shop. There is NO way your power steering system needs to be flushed after only 3 years unless you've somehow managed to put 200k miles on it.

The transmission should be flushed every 30k miles. It costs about $90 at a lube shop.|||A LUBE SHOP WILL NOT USE THE CORRECT FLUID IN YOUR TRANSMISSION WHICH COULD RUIN IT. A REAL TRANSMISSION FLUSH IS $159.95. DO NOT GO TO A LUBE SHOP. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND NOT DO THE WORK.
